Stan's Smokin' BBQ started the way most honest barbecue does — with a smoker, a good cut of meat, and enough time to let it do what it needs to do. No shortcuts, no rush, just patience and the right kind of wood.

Located right here on South State Street in South Whitley, we've been feeding our neighbors for years. Some folks drive in from three counties over just for the brisket. Others come because they grew up eating this way and finally found someone who remembers how.
